Given the pessimism in politics and of politicians in BolehLand, it is kinda hard to swallow the message of goodwill being asked from the leaders especially to celebrate it in 1Malaysia style or whatever it means to anyone these days.
Christmas to Christians is a time of peace, joy and hope that a new rebirth has started of good over evil, a theme that also resonates in the major religions of the world.
In Bolehland, religion is state sponsored, protected, propagated and also being used as a tool by politicians to stay in power or gain power - at least for the official religion.
So when Christians pray and hope for inclusiveness in their freedom of worship, those who consider themselves protector of the official religion and guardians take offence that Islam is somewhat equated on par like other religions.
What does it speak of a religion if it is is equated to granting rights and privileges to earthly things. Like these tangible stuff were more important that a rightful place in heaven! hah! In BolehLand, it seems we are adding a new God's law that if you believe in Him you'd be guaranteed earthly rights and privileges to scholarships, housing, work in certain sectors and what not! And we are told God is being threatened, his Godliness seemed threatened by other races who question such immutable privileges and rights, And to make it eternal, those who questioned it get locked up!!! And anyone who argues against such logic are considered committing sedition!!!
It is a myth and a medieval thinking that there is only one true God. There are those who can claim that right either by a piece of paper or pointing an AK47 or strapping c4 on themselves to force this point. What is it we must use God to cow men into believing those of that religion deserve first place, first right, privileges and all that and the rest of mankind owe them support because they are given the right and freedom to worship other Gods huh?
Is it logical we are only allowed freedom of worship because these so called chosen ones allowed others or wrote that on a piece of paper called a Constitution.
Freedom of worship is fundamental and no piece of paper can take away or force you to believe in God or not believe in God.
To be told you are allowed to worship your God and given that freedom and protection, is a kind of conditional threat to you. If it can be given, it can also be taken away too right?
For anyone who has strong faith in his true God, he will not be bound by man's law to dictate to him who he should worship or if he can or cannot do so.
So who do these people think they are to tell others they are allowed freedom of worship and guaranteed this because these majority gave the minority the freedom, huh?
Noone should fear worshiping his God. It is like man telling God they know what is best for God and they are the ones who can save God!!! We make God like what the name spelled backwards means! Bow Wow to those religious fellows who threaten others with a piece of paper and harm to force men to bow down before their 'god'!
When Muslims try and pin fault on my religion for trying to convert others including Buddhists and Hindus, I'd just say that God converts man not man converts people to God!!! That is why even if I am the last non Muslim standing, I'd tell my holier than thou friends that God has no need to convert me because I have found the true God! Enough said.
It's no point trying to play God and try and collect brownie point by converting people. Worse if one uses a piece of paper to justify the action! How hypocritical.
And you are so a loser to argue about who is persecuting who and use other countries to point to discrimination of minor religions by the majority and justify it is also permissible in BolehLand.
The tired argument being used is how the West is persecuting and victimising Muslims so it's justifiable for majority Muslim nations to do the same to the minority, is it? That is enough to show the kind of mentality of anyone who try to justify that majority dictates the rules. So everything is relative right?
Why are we so fond of having a season of bad ills to people who believe in God and lead a good life based on their belief in their God? Why are politicians trying to behave like 'Gods', the very people who can't be trusted at all?
They say that the oldest profession is prostitution, but the oldest and first is politics when the first man accused another for making him betray his own principles. And politicians ever since have done so.
Politicians blame others for the woes of the economy. In BolehLand, politicians blame other religions for threatening the majority religion and minority ones!
It's a joke to hear we are allowed freedom of religion because the Constitution guarantees it and protects you to worship!!! That makes us greater than God hah!
It is because of religion, the worst kind of cruelty has been committed towards others. And we always say leave God out of it because it is man misinterpreting His words blah, blah blah. If that is the case, can we ask these 'men' in religious cloths or those who think themselves holy men, to stop trying to say they are speaking or preaching the truth or acting on behalf of God, no?
We can tell them they have been misinterpreting God's words even if a piece of paper confers them such 'God-hood' they are good at flying kites right?
So let's stop trying to spread bad ill will to those who do not worship your God. That goes for Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists and fill in any religion here!
When the Constitution needs to give you freedom to worship God, there is something really wrong with how we understand God hah!
